• *1. How long does shipping take?*
    Orders are typically processed within a day then shipped between 1-7 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
    *2. How could I track my order?*
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a call or a text from the courier to update a status of your delivery. Feel free to reach out to us on the contact page if any issues arise.
    *3. Can I Cancel my order?*
    If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us via the contact page and providing all the details about your purchase. We'll promptly confirm the cancellation. Cancelation after the 6 hour period will not be accepted. 
    *4. What are your shipping fees?*
    Standard shipping fees are stated under the products and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination of the package.
    *5. Return Items:*
    All items are currently not be eligible for return. Please note the reason behind no return and exchange is due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions.

    *6. Can I exchange an item?*
    We recommend you try the item when you receive it from the courier. Exchanges are only applicable as the courier is waiting for size changes and must be for the same item.
    *7. How often will we launch a new collection?*
    The aim of the new launches are about 1-2 months. We are trying to build this brand and we need your help and input to make it grow. Help us, help you discover your new unique style.
